A recent study in the journal, which looked at a range of men, revealed that men taking dapoxetine had an increase in the incidence of erectile dysfunction among those taking it.
In fact, men taking the drug reported an increase of up to 12.8 percent in erectile dysfunction symptoms, according to a study in the journal, which looked at a range of men, including those who took dapoxetine.
The study, which was conducted between November 2013 and February 2014, compared the prevalence of erectile dysfunction symptoms in men taking dapoxetine to that of those taking placebo. The researchers found that men taking dapoxetine were significantly more likely to report erectile dysfunction than men taking placebo.
According to the research, men taking dapoxetine had an incidence of more than 3.5 times that of those taking placebo. The incidence of erectile dysfunction symptoms among men taking dapoxetine was 3.6 times greater than that of men taking placebo.
Researchers also found that men taking dapoxetine had a significantly higher percentage of having a history of premature ejaculation than men taking placebo. According to the researchers, that could be due to the increased prevalence of this condition among men taking the drug.
“This study raises the question of whether men taking dapoxetine are truly more at risk for premature ejaculation,” said Dr. Peter D. Lechleiter, the lead investigator in the study. “It raises the question of whether men are more likely than men to report this condition and whether they should be cautious with their use.”
The research was published online in theJournal of the American Medical Associationon September 21, 2014.
It has been updated since its publication in theon January 9, 2015.
In its article, the researchers examined the data from the study and found that those taking the drug had a lower incidence of premature ejaculation compared to those taking placebo.
According to the research, men taking the drug were 1.4 times as likely to report having a history of premature ejaculation and 1.2 times as likely to report having intercourse.
The researchers also noted that the incidence of erectile dysfunction symptoms among men taking dapoxetine was also higher than that of men taking placebo.
In fact, men taking the drug were more likely to report having a history of premature ejaculation compared to those taking placebo.
“The finding that men taking dapoxetine were 1.4 times as likely to report having a history of premature ejaculation is significant,” said Dr. Mark C. Greenblatt, president of the American Medical Association, in a statement.
“Our results indicate that men taking dapoxetine who have reported symptoms such as premature ejaculation should be cautious about their use.

Add more control to your sexual performance lifeline| approvesDapoxetine is used to treat premature ejaculation in men. Premature ejaculation is when a man ejaculates (orgasms) more quickly with less sexual stimulation than the man or his partner would like. This could lead to problems in a sexual relationship.
Dapoxetine is sometimes used to side effects men have with premature ejaculation. Some of these effects are: flushing, headache, nausea, indigestion, sleep problems, heart problems, etc.
Dapoxetine works by blocking the serotonin transporter, which may increase the serotonergic activity in the brain. This action may increase the sexual response in men with sexual dysfunction.
Dapoxetine may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how this medicine will affect you.
You should follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage and schedule of medicine as they may monitor for side effects like decreased libido, changes in menstrual periods, erectile dysfunction, etc. If you have any doubts regarding dapoxetine use, please feel free to ask. You can also read more about side effects of dapoxetine.
ShareYou should note that this medicine does not affect the way in which someone receives sexual stimulation. It acts on the brain. You can read more about.
